| Bicycle trip presents Bicycle tour No. 11: Mestia - from Becho village to Shdugra waterfall and vice versa - Mestia, (we will also pass some villages: Dolasvif, Bagvdanar, Galashi, Doli, Mazer, Lankhvri, Nashtkholi, Tvebish, Ushkhvanar, Kartvan, Tskekvan, Chikidanar) (12 km+ 12 km) MTB CROSS COUNTRY Adventure trail in sweet Svaneti Svaneti, located on the southern slopes of the Central Caucasus Mountains and surrounded by peaks from 3000 to 5000 meters high, is the highest populated region of the Caucasus. Four of the 10 highest peaks of the Caucasus are located in this stunning area. Mount Shkhara, which reigns as Georgia's highest mountain at an impressive 5,201 meters (17,059 feet), graces the region. The historic city of Mestia, once known as Seti, located in Svaneti, has long held the status of a vital center in the Upper Svaneti region. For centuries, it has existed as a cultural epicenter, boasting medieval monuments such as churches and castles, many of which have earned a coveted place on the prestigious UNESCO list. And since the end of 2023, the project of the bicycle tourism center in Mestia, Kakhiani No. 79, has been supported by USAID, within the framework of which the most amazing bicycle tourism center is opening in the mountainous Svaneti, thanks to USAID's strong village program and our qualified team, everything will be implemented with high efficiency in their Support!
